November 13 to November 15, 20 students from KDSS experienced the time of their lives. Students from Student Council, Robotics, Free the Children and other clubs attended the 32nd annual Ontario Student Leadership Conference (OSLC) in Niagara Falls, Ontario. "Oh, The Places We Will Go" (a mock up of the Dr. Suess book) was the theme for the 2011 conference. The workshops and keynote presenters were all about where you can take your life. Whether it's taking you to be a doctor or doing something as simple as volunteering at a soup kitchen for a day, the conference inspired all youth (KDSS students and everyone else) to be who you are and not let anyone stand in your way. You will go very far in life and complete any dreams that you have!KDSS students were very moved and inspired by this conference! Get ready to see some changes at KDSS in the near future!
