Jarrett Elliott also a grade 11 student, also lived in Belgium for 8 weeks, and living only a couple of kilometres away from Amber . Jarrett lived with his exchange student, Jim Gripekoven.

When asked, "Why do you think it is important to have an exchange student program?", Amber answered with "Its a great way to learn a different language and become indulge with a completely different culture"
Other than Amber & Jarrett, KDSS still has two other studenst on exchange. Grade 11 students Kloe Moore and Sadie Shewfelt are currently on exchange in Switzerland. Sadie and Kloe come home May 6th.
It's great to have these students back home and we hope they had the time of their lives!
