My Knight in "Swimming" Armour

SPLISH,SPLASH! THE KNIGHTS SWAM FAST!

The KDSS swim team competed at CWOSSA last Wednesday (Feb. 22nd) at the Guelph Marlin Aquatic Club. The team gave their hardest but unfortunately on one qualified for CWOSSA.

200m medley relay:
Junior girls placed 11th - Jenna Gade, Jorie Elliott, Angeles Lewis and Eartha Phorson

Junior boys placed eighth - Sam Tomaini, Joey Doyle, Alex Bogdonovich and Jared Allingham

Senior boys placed seventh - Morgan Shaw, Anthony Rowe, Matt Woodhall and David Allingham

Junior girls 50m freestyle - Jenna Gade was 16th

Junior boys 50m freestyle - Matt Woodhall was 11th, Alex Bogdonovich was 19th

Junior boys 50m butterfly - Matt Woodhall was seventh

Junior girls 50m backstroke - Jenna Gade was third

Senior girls 50m backstroke - Maggie Freimanis was fourth

Junior boys 50m breast stroke - Matt Woodhall was sixth

Senior boys 50m breast stroke - Anthony Rowe was fourth

Senior boys 100m breast stroke - Anthony Rowe was third

200m freestyle relay:
Junior girls placed 10th - Angeles Lewis, Eartha Phorson, Jorie Elliott and Jenna Gade
Junior boys placed 10th - Joey Doyle, Sam Tomaini, Dalton Regier and Jared Allingham
Senior girls placed 12th - Michelle Siddon, Maggie Freimanis, Eartha Phorson and Jorie Elliott

The Knights placed 19th out of 43! Way to go! Proud to be a Knight!
