BAA Volleyball Champs!

 The KDSS Knights won nine consecutive games to claim the Bluewater Athletic Association senior boys volleyball title on Monday.

the Knights topped off their day with a 3-0 win over the host Georgian Bay Vikings

Kincardine also went 3-0 to win Pool B.

The Knights beat the Grey Highlands Lions 2-0, the Sacred Heart Crusaders 2-0, and the OSCVI Falcons 2-0.

Game scores were not available.

Sacred Heart was second in Pool B at 2-1 with a 2-1 win over Grey Highlands and a 2-0 victory over OSCVI.

The Falcons were 1-2 with a 2- 0 win over Grey Highlands. The Lions were fourth at 0-4.

Georgian Bay won Pool A at 3- 0.

The Vikings scored 2-0 wins over the Saugeen District Royals and the Walkerton District Raiders. Georgian Bay also beat the St. Mary's Mustangs 2-1.

Saugeen District was second in Pool A at 2-1 with 2-0 wins over St. Mary's and Walkerton District.

The Mustangs were third at 1- 2 with a 2-1 in over Walkerton. The Raiders were fourth at 0-3.

Kincardine advances to the CWOSSA AA tournament which is set for Nov. 17 in Simcoe.
